“Moambe” News Program of First Channel prepared an exclusive interview with James Appathurai, Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy and NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia.

Reporter Ketevan Kardava asked Appathurai about what Georgia should expect from NATO this year and perspectives of enhancement of relations between Georgia and the alliance. 

“Attention of NATO towards Georgia has never been ceased. Georgia has the most support among aspirant and partner states. NATO Secretary General always speaks about Russia’s policy towards Georgia,” Appathurai claimed.
