Support of Georgia’s occupied territories and constant monitoring, recommendations to the government about constitutional reforms - Thorbjørn Jagland, Secretary General of the Council of Europe gave an interview to “Moambe” News Program of First Channel. 

According to Jagland, Constitution should be the main guarantor of the country, while changes to be made into Constitution should be agreed through wide consensus.
