Prime Minister to take part in GUAM meeting today
Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili will take part in the meeting of the GUAM country leaders in Kiev today. A signing ceremony will be held during the meeting, which will be followed by a press-conference.
The GUAM leaders will also participate in a business forum, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Georgian side will be represented by 20 companies, including transport, construction, distribution and pharmacy companies.
Participants of the first panel of the event will discuss the prospects of the GUAM Free Trade Zone, while the GUAM transport corridor will be considered at the second panel. During the visit, the guests will be hosted by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman.
The Head of the Georgian Government will hold bilateral meetings during the visit. He will hold meetings with the Ukrainian and Moldovan counterparts.
