20th anniversary of establishment of GUAM is celebrated in Tbilisi
The 20th anniversary of establishment of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development - GUAM is celebrated in Tbilisi.
A special session of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of GUAM is being held at Radisson Hotel. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia hosts the event.
The delegation includes the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister and Ministers of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova.
The joint communiqué of the GUAM Foreign Ministers will be signed at the special session.
Within the frames of the visit, the members of the GUAM Council of Foreign Ministers will meet with President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili and Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili.
At the end of the day, members of the GUAM delegation will participate in the Tbilisoba celebration.
In 2017 Georgia is GUAM's chair country. The priority of Georgia's chairmanship is to provide dynamic and productive cooperation between Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova.
