The Parliamentary Legal Affairs Committee is discussing changes proposed to be made into Law on Traffic Movement through the second reading.
The legislative package is initiated by the government and envisages introduction of 100-point system for a driving license.
Points will be reduced to 0 for law-violations gradually, and persons will have to pass a test repeatedly to obtain the license. Lawmakers urge for lessening the sanctions.
