“Night Wolves” not allowed entering Georgia

Members of “Night Wolves” Russian Motor bikers Club were rejected to enter Georgia. State border will be closed for bikers till the end of May. Shalva Khutsishvili, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs explained that the refusal was grounded in compliance with the law. 

The opposition evaluates the decision as positive and says that the move of the government is generated by pressure of the Georgian public. The stamps in passports saying “Annulled” were published in social network by Russian bikers. 

According to Ministry, about 50 Russian bikers wanted to enter Georgia from the Larsi checkpoint yesterday. “Night Wolves” were going to hold a performance within the framework of May 9 event in Georgia.
