Patriarch holds service at the grave of Unknown Soldier

Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II held a service at the grave of Unknown Soldier in Vake Park on Tbilisi in connection with Victory Day over Fascism.

His holiness has not made comments for the media. Events are being held in relation to the 72nd anniversary of victory in WWII in Vake Park today. About 200 thousand Georgians went missing or died in WWII. 

Later today, a concert will be held, while war veterans will be treated a dinner in the Park. Patrol police brigades are mobilized in the Park to ensure security.
