Giorgi Mamaladze and lawyers left the courtroom in protest

Archbishop Giorgi Mamaladze may not attend court trials.  City Court satisfied the motion of Prosecutor and closed the trial session for the media.

Archbishop and his lawyers have left the courtroom in protest. The session has been disrupted.

After the boycott, the  public lawyer may be appointed for the defendant; however it is unacceptable for defense side.

Before leaving, acute statements were heard at the court room. Giorgi Mamaladze accused the law enforcers in procedural violations.

The judge satisfied the motion of the prosecution which demanded closure of the case on grounds that it includes audio, video and written evidence related to the private life of the defendant and other persons
