Appeals Court will make decision about two persons charged for Tennis Courts Special operation of May 2, 2006, presumably later today. The final court process is ongoing.

The charged persons Irakli Pirtskhalava and Giorgi Tsaadze will deliver their final speeches during the court process. Pirtskhalava and Tsaadze are charged for premeditated murder of Zurab Vazagashvili and Aleksandre Khubulov. They are sentenced to 12 years in prison.
