The decision on granting the refugee status to Manager of the Demirel College, Mustafa Emre Çabuk will be made until 7 July.

The interview with him has started today. Representatives of Ministry of IDPs arrived at the prison for holding a meeting with him.

The procedure for granting a refugee status includes two stages - filling in an application and an interview, after which the received information will be processed within a month. 

Manager of the Demirel College, Mustafa Emre Çabuk, was arrested a month ago at the request of the Turkish side and was placed under pre-extradition detention. Turkey accuses the detainee of having links to terrorism, though the defendant denies the charges.
