Lawyers of Demirel College Manager Mustafa Emre Çabuk plan to appeal against the IDPs Ministry’s decision to the court.

The Georgian state agency refused to grant refugee status for Mustafa Emre Çabuk. 

Lawyers claim that arguments voiced by the Ministry are groundless and believe that the case after the Georgian judicial instances will be transferred to Strasbourg.

The Public Defender's Office begins to study the case.
