Representatives of Diplomatic Corps accredited in Georgia became introduced with the situation across Georgia’s occupied regions. The meeting was held at Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The occupied Tskhinvali region announced about planning of new wave of border demarcation works. Russian soldiers marked the so-called border with arable land in Knolevi, Tseronisi and Avlevi villages of Kareli district, Shida Kartli region on July 11. The border banners were installed at this section of the occupational line one year ago.

The current situation in the villages was discussed during the meeting of Group of Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism in Ergneti village on July11.
