Official Tbilisi evaluates installation of barbed wires at Khurcha-Nabakevi village of so-called administrative border as yet another provocation on part of Russia. 

According to Levan Izoria, Defense Minister, consolidation of international community is essential for de-occupation of the country. 

Presidential Administration calls on the government for using all international mechanisms to avert any provocative move.
