Georgian army involved in natural disaster localization efforts

Georgian military forces have been involved in the natural disaster localization efforts in Borjomi Gorge. 

More than a thousand military servicemen of first infantry and engine brigades of the East Command of the Land Forces will try to extinguish the fire.

Soldiers will get closer to flames through newly cut paths and localize them.

Fires are still observed in several sections of the disaster zone. Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Defense Minister Levan Izoria are present at the disaster scene.
