A sitting of the governmental commission was held at Justice Ministry to discuss about 2 candidates to present on post of judges at Strasbourg Court. The commission interviewed 7 candidates. Four candidacies will be sent for revision to the government. 

One part of the non-governmental sector did not attend the sitting in protest. The competition was announced again after Strasbourg Court approved only the candidacy of Lado Chanturia. The court disapproved the candidacies of Shota Getsadze and Sofio Japaridze.
