Shalva Batsiashvili, 94-year-old man was robbed in the village of Kalauri, Gurjaani district of Kakheti region last night.

According to caregiver Eliso Potskhverashvili, the old man was beaten and 100 GEL was taken away.

Police and expert criminalists are now working at the crime site. The old man lives alone.
