Maka Asatiani, 25% shareholder of Maestro TV Company ceded her shares. “Imedi” TV bought the shares. Giorgi Gvenetadze, Lawyer, said that the agreement was already reached and juridical procedures were left to be carried out. 

TV Companies “Imedi,” GDS and Maestro united under one media holding. The decision was announced on December 27.
