Three TV Companies formed media holding

TV Companies “Imedi,” GDS and Maestro united under one media holding. Gia Gachechiladze, one of the shareholders of Maestro TV confirmed the information in a telephone interview with “Moambe” News Program of First Channel. 

Gachechiladze said the new holding was providing new opportunities for development. Mamuka Ghlonti, founder of Maestro TV links unification of three TV companies to the interests of Bidzina Ivanishvili, former prime minister of Georgia.
