Giorgi Jaoshvili, former business partner of the deceased business tycoon Badri Patarkatsishvili talked about ceding of “Imedi” TV Company shares.

Jaoshvili recalled the day when he was forced to sign the agreement about ceding of 70% shares at Notary Bureau in presence of military police officers. He said that he had been a member of Board of Trustees of “Imedi” TV but was forced to quit the post.

Former President Mikheil Saakashvili and 4 other former high-ranking officials - Vano Merabishvili, Gigi Ugulava, Davit Kezerashvili and Zurab Adeishvili -- are charged into case of violent crackdown of “Imedi” TV on November 7, 2007 and the episode of company’s property selling.
