TV Companies “Imedi,” GDS and Maestro united under one media holding. Gia Gachechiladze, one of the shareholders of Maestro TV confirmed the information in a telephone interview with “Moambe” News Program of First Channel. Gachechiladze said the new holding was providing new opportunities for development.
