Victory Day over Fascism marked in regions of Georgia

Victory Day over Fascism marked on May 9 was celebrated in Gori town of Shida Kartli region. Representatives of local authorities lay wreath at the memorial of those who died in World War II. Veterans were hosted at Museum of Glory. Gori Municipality gave monetary awards to WWII veterans.   

About 30 WWII veterans received 1000 GEL from local budget in Kutaisi city of Imereti region. A memorial to victims of WWII was decorated with flowers in Telavi city of Kakheti region.
