De facto president of Georgia’s one of two occupied regions of Abkhazia, Raul Khajimba, named negligence as one of the reasons for the explosion in the military warehouse in Gudauta.

According to him, the fire in the military warehouse should be liquidated in the shortest possible time. “Let's not sleep and finish this job in the shortest time," he said.

About 60 people were injured and two Russian tourists were killed in an explosion in a military warehouse in occupied Abkhazia on August 2.
